The original mining tower from 1913 creates a perfect dimensional sculpture
firmly linked to the history of the city. Everything else on this site is derived from it.
We have designed the adaptation of the former hotel building Jindřich House into a centre for housing and services with utmost respect. The project offers living in the green within easy reach of the centre, a magical space where you can feel the genius loci at every turn.
